Types Bauhaus
The Bauhaus reflected a functional aesthetics where the straight lines and the most strict geometry were instead. The architecture was characterized by the absence of ornamentation in the designs, even on the walls, as well as the harmony between the function and the artistic and technical means of elaboration. The production of books was monotonous, no designs in this regard were made. On the other hand, the design of posters, newspapers, and other occasional forms, generates a breakthrough from the experimentation. Black, white and Red were the main colors. What was significant for the content is highlighted or emphasized.
